Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aspire, a SaaS construction management platform operated by Aspire Works. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and business information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our platform and related services.

By accessing or using Aspire, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account and use our platform. This includes account information such as your name, email address, password, and phone number. We also collect company data including your company name, business address, license numbers, and team member details.

When you use Aspire to manage your construction projects, we collect project data such as project names, addresses, client information, estimates, invoices, plans, takeoffs, schedules, and associated documents that you upload or create within the platform.

We automatically collect usage analytics including device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to help us understand how our platform is being used and how we can improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and operate the Aspire platform. This includes managing your account, processing your projects and estimates, facilitating collaboration with your team, and delivering the core functionality of our construction management tools.

We also use your information to improve and develop new features, personalize your experience, and conduct analytics to better understand usage patterns. Additionally, we may use your contact information to communicate with you about service updates, new features, security alerts, and support-related matters.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security and reliability. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We leverage Google Cloud's globally distributed data centers to ensure high availability and data redundancy.

We perform regular backups of all data to protect against data loss. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, and we employ industry-standard security practices including firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits to safeguard your information.

5. Third-Party Services

Aspire integrates with select third-party services to provide our platform's functionality. We use Firebase by Google for authentication, database, and file storage services. Stripe is used for secure payment processing of subscriptions and transactions. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We use OpenAI to power AI-driven features such as plan analysis, material takeoffs, and intelligent estimating assistance. When you use these AI features, relevant project data is sent to OpenAI for processing only and is not used by OpenAI to train their models. Each of these third-party providers maintains their own privacy policies and security standards.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third parties. Your information is shared only with the service providers listed above (Firebase, Stripe, and OpenAI) to the extent necessary to operate and deliver our platform's features.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We may also share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to close your account, you may request deletion of your data. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal and project data from our active systems.

Please note that backups containing your data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion from our active systems. After this period, your data will be permanently removed from all backup systems as well. Certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access and review the personal information we hold about you at any time. You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data associated with your account. You also have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to the retention terms described above.

You may request a portable export of your data in a commonly used format. You also have the right to opt out of non-essential communications, including marketing emails and product announcements, at any time by updating your notification preferences or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

9. Children's Privacy

Aspire is a business-oriented platform designed for construction professionals and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of Aspire after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
